1. Depuis le parking, suivez la flèche rouge : vous entrez dans la partie garage. Si la porte est fermée, passez par l'entrée de la flèche violette et utilisez le code 0323 à l'interphone.
2. Une fois à l'intérieur, la porte du bâtiment A se trouve 5 m sur votre gauche (panneau « Bâtiment A », porte rouge).
3. Montez les escaliers jusqu'au 1^er étage. En haut, l'appartement A103 est le premier à droite.
4. Ouvrez avec le digicode dans l'encadrement de la porte : tapez le code à 6 chiffres reçu par message.

1. From the car park, follow the red arrow: you enter through the garage area. If that door is closed, use the entrance marked by the purple arrow and enter code 0323 on the intercom.
2. Once inside, the Building A door is 5 m on your left ("Bâtiment A" sign, red door).
3. Go up the stairs to the 1st floor. At the top, apartment A103 is the first on your right.
4. Open with the keypad in the door frame: enter the 6-digit code you received by message.

À votre arrivée, garez-vous sur le parking extérieur devant la résidence. Vous disposez ensuite, si vous le souhaitez, du box garage n° 04 : le BIP et la clé du box vous attendent dans l'appartement.

On arrival, park on the outdoor car park in front of the residence. You may then use garage box no. 04 if you wish: the remote and the box key are waiting for you in the apartment.

Entrez dans le bâtiment par l'accès de la flèche violette : le local à ski se trouve juste à l'entrée, au rez-de-chaussée — c'est-à-dire juste en dessous de l'appartement.

Enter the building through the door marked by the purple arrow: the ski room is right by the entrance, on the ground floor — directly below the apartment.

Chauffage au sol, réglable pièce par pièce grâce au thermostat blanc présent dans chaque pièce.

Le logement dispose de deux chauffe-eau de 200 L, soit 400 L d'eau chaude. Ce sont des chauffe-eau thermodynamiques : la remontée en température est plus lente qu'avec un ballon classique, c'est normal.

There are two 200 L water heaters, i.e. 400 L of hot water. They are heat-pump water heaters: reheating is slower than with a standard tank, which is normal.

En hiver, l'arrêt de la navette gratuite se trouve au niveau des conteneurs à poubelles semi-enterrés, au bout de la rue — voir sur Google Maps.

In winter, the free shuttle stop is next to the semi-buried bin containers, at the end of the street — see on Google Maps.

1. Appuyez sur la touche rouge en haut à gauche de la petite télécommande (celle du téléviseur), puis ne la touchez plus.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton du haut de la grande télécommande Orange, puis patientez pendant la mise en route.
3. Ensuite, tout se fait avec la grande télécommande uniquement. La petite ne sert qu'à allumer et éteindre le téléviseur.

1. Press the red button, top left of the small remote (the TV one), then leave it alone.
2. Press the top button of the large Orange remote and wait while it starts up.
3. From then on, use the large remote only. The small one just turns the TV on and off.

• Sortez les poubelles : conteneurs semi-enterrés au bout de la rue — voir sur Google Maps.
• Laissez les clés à l'intérieur du logement (BIP, clé du garage, clé de secours).
• Rangez l'appartement tel que vous l'avez trouvé.
• Fermez la porte avec la touche triangle du clavier extérieur.
• Signalez-nous tout souci — même mineur, cela nous aide beaucoup.

• Leave the keys inside the apartment (remote, garage key, backup key).
• Tidy the apartment the way you found it.
• Lock the door using the triangle key on the outside keypad.
• Tell us about any issue — even a small one, it really helps.
